Catherine + Peter – Art Gallery of Alberta – Edmonton Wedding | ELAINE GAN

It’s been a while since I blogged because of the craziness that is high wedding season. It’s time to showcase some amazing weddings! First up, Catherine + Peter’s fantastical wedding at the AGA. Again, it’s very hard to choose just a few images to post – the blog images are just 10% of the entire set so it’s just a small fraction of the day.

This couple is the sweetest, nicest, dearest people ever! Catherine + Peter are two people you would give your life for. Duane + I had the privilege of photographing their wedding at the Art Gallery of Alberta, probably my most favorite place in Edmonton to take photos ^_^ I am just so inspired whenever I get to shoot here! It’s endless possibilities and combinations! See, if I were to have a wedding in Edmonton, I would have it at the AGA. I love the mix of magenta lighting and blue tones on the metal walls.

There was no bridal party, which was interesting yet cool, because it lent more time for the couple session. The first thing you notice is Catherine’s smile, wow it lights up a room! And to say Peter is an auto tuning enthusiast is an understatement – check out his ride! After photographing this wedding, I thought “Wow, I am so lucky to be doing this. I love spending time with these clients who will become good friends, I love being able to provide them with unique, dramatic images that I would personally want as my own wedding photos, I enjoy the entire process and at the end of the day, I feel great about my work”.
